I wanted to pass along this information on the GEM Project - Funded by the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of Canada, the GEM Project is a Canada-wide research study looking to determine if there is a genetic, environmental or microbial interaction that leads to the development of Crohn's disease.
The hope of this study is that it will provide another piece of the puzzle, helping the foundation work towards finding a cure for Crohn's disease.
The GEM Project is looking to follow:
If you haven't heard of Crohn's, here is some great info.
If you fulfill the criteria they are looking for, this seems like a great opportunity to give back - especially during the Holiday season. Click here for information on how to enroll in the GEM Project.
